Mark H. Lippolt
Chair
Mark, who served as Treasurer before assuming the role of Board Chair in 2007, bought his first pie in 1996. He is drawn to Community Servings because - the organization does collectively what individuals and families did two generations ago - bring a casserole to a sick neighbor and their family.

Our Staff

Eileen Harrington
Associate Director of Programs
A staff member since May 2008, Eileen is responsible for all the reporting and outcome measurements for our state and federal contracts, creates client demographic reports, surveys our clients bi-annually, and maintains data for foundation grant reporting. Eileen came to Community Servings from the AIDS program of the Boston Public Heath Commission (BPH). BPH administers the federal funding that we receive to feed people with HIV/AIDS. Prior to working for BPH, Eileen was an HIV/AIDS educator in Namibia while serving in the Peace Corps.
