Telling our Story in a New Way
Our new agency video brings our work and who it helps directly to you, in a never-before seen way."
Community Servings is a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses. We give our clients, their dependent families, and caregivers appealing, nutritious meals, and send the message to those in greatest need that someone cares. Our goals are to help our clients maintain their health and dignity and preserve the integrity of their families through free, culturally appropriate, home-delivered meals, nutrition education, and other community programs.
Mark H. Lippolt
Chair Mark, who served as Treasurer before assuming the role of Board Chair in 2007, bought his first pie in 1996. He is drawn to Community Servings because the organization does collectively what individuals and families did two generations ago - bring a casserole to a sick neighbor and their family.
VP of Programs A graduate of Harvard's Kennedy School MPA program, Rosario joined Community Servings in 2004. Overseeing client services, volunteer services, nutrition and our popular Holiday Basket program, Rosario -- together with her staff -- manages the provision of services and support for our clients and volunteers. Her 15 years of experience prior to joining Community Servings include designing and managing programs that serve children and families with such agencies as Communities United, Inc. of Waltham and the Dorchester Youth Collaborative
