Fruit Cubes

Add these fruit cubes to your beverages to keep them cold while providing extra flavor without the added sugar.

Ingredients (serves 1)

Any fruit of your choice. Some good ideas include:

  • Strawberries
  • Cantaloupe
  • Mango
  • Avocados
  • Cucumbers
  • Fig
  • Apples

Preparation

  1. Clean and peel fruit or vegetable.
  2. Cut fruit or vegetable into smaller pieces and add to blender. Ingredients can be mixed into a single blend or blended separately.
  3. Puree contents to a smooth consistency.
  4. Pour the puree into ice cube trays and place trays in the freezer unstacked.
  5. Freeze until hard.
  6. Add to water or seltzer water for a fun way to introduce flavor! Remove unused cubes from ice tray and store in Ziploc bags for later use.
