LifeSavor Trolley Volunteers

This pairs-only assignment is a fun assignment for friends, partners or colleagues to do together. 14 pairs will assist and direct guests to the trolleys that shuttle them to LifeSavor restaurants while maintaining contact with restaurants throughout the evening to ensure the smooth pick-up and return of guests. Trolley volunteers must be very outgoing, conversational, professional, and have a cell phone.

From 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, 10 volunteers who possess grace under pressure set the tone for the evening by greeting & checking in 900 guests in one hour, providing them with their event information, and directing them to the reception and silent auction.

LifeSavor Program & Gift Bag Distribution Volunteers

From 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, 10 volunteers hand out programs as guests arrive. During the event, volunteers help transition registration to check-out. Then, as guests leave, volunteers distribute gift bags and direct guests to the trolley departure area.

LifeSavor Silent Auction Volunteers

If youre a salesperson, this is the job for you! From 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, 40 tech savvy Silent Auction volunteers encourage, coax, cajole and entice attendees to reach deep into their wallets! Each volunteer will be in charge of a table displaying up to three items and is required to stay until the auction is finished, payments are completed, and items are packed & loaded. We will be using Bidding For Good to manage bids so you must be comfortable with technology.

LifeSavor Balloon Pop Volunteers

From 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, 10 volunteers who thrive in a fast-pace environment will help set up and run the Balloon Auction during which guests purchase and pop a balloon and receive a prize in exchange for their $50, $100, $200 or $500 contributions to Community Servings.

From 10:00AM-1:00PM, we are looking for 5 volunteers to assist us with the loading and unloading of LifeSavor event items. Volunteers will arrive at Community Servings by 10:00AM to load, then drive to the Westin Boston Waterfront to help unload.
