Pregnancy Health

Tailored Nutrition for Pregnant and Postpartum Individuals.

A Nutritious and Nourishing Diet for You and Your Little One.

Community Servings’ Pregnancy Health program for pregnant and postpartum individuals uses nutritionally customized meals, rich in protein and low in sugar and saturated fats, to support optimal maternal and fetal health, including regulating blood sugar levels and reducing the risk of pregnancy complications. Meals are designed and prescribed by in-house registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs).

  • This program is for pregnant and postpartum individuals with risk factors such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and obesity.

Proven Results

Meals are scratch-made by Community Servings and proven to improve health outcomes for people with complex, chronic, diet-related illnesses and nutrition insecurity. The meals adhere to guidelines provided by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Diabetes Association, Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and the National Kidney Foundation. They also meet the standards for developing medically tailored meals (MTM) and their use as a treatment for severe diet-related illness as outlined by the Food is Medicine Coalition
