Servings Direct by Community Servings is a self-pay version of our medically tailored meals (MTM) program – a proven nutrition intervention developed over 30 years for people in Massachusetts experiencing critical and chronic illnesses such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, HIV/AIDS, and more.
Servings Direct takes the hassle out of managing complex dietary needs by home-delivering scratch-made, delicious, and nutritious medically tailored meals directly to you or your loved one. Unlike other providers, meals from Servings Direct meet specific medically determined dietary requirements.

Our chefs source as many local ingredients as possible, including freshly caught fish, seasonal produce from area farms, and grass-fed beef from a family-run farm in Vermont. We make meals daily and flash-freeze them for freshness.
Meal plans are $130 per week, including delivery.

This diet helps individuals with cardiac disease manage their intake of total fat, saturated fat, and sodium. Focus is also on moderate, high-quality carbohydrate intake, including fruits, vegetables, and starches that are high in fiber. It features lean protein sources, whole grains, legumes, and healthy fats. This diet is also low in added sugars.
This diet is appropriate for people with end-stage kidney disease who need to limit sodium, potassium, phosphorous, and fluids, while also ensuring the diet includes enough protein. It is also appropriate for people managing both kidney disease and diabetes.
Healthy meals for individuals whose illness does not require a specific meal plan. All of our diets are low in fat, saturated fat, and sodium, as well as low in lactose.
For individuals with diabetes (type 1 or 2), pre-diabetes, or who are trying to manage their blood sugar.
