The goal of the food and nutrition program is to improve the quality of life, health, and ability to perform daily activities for individuals and families affected by life-threatening illnesses. Our meals offer clients and their families stability and comfort as they cope with the effects of illness.

Through our food and nutrition program, we aim to help clients best meet their nutritional needs based on the type of illness they face by providing medically tailored meals that are nutritious and made from scratch. 

We offer 17 medical diets, and clients may receive up to three combinations.

Low Fat / Low Cholesterol Chopped / Soft No Dairy
Low Fiber No Eggs No Fish / Shellfish
No Citrus / Tomatoes No Nuts No Poultry
Renal No Red Meat Children's Menu
Low Vitamin K                 

Clients are provided with 5 days’ worth of lunch, dinner, and a snack, which are delivered weekly.
