Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark

Cool off with this frozen Greek yogurt bark, an easy treat for hot summer days. Add your favorite berries for fresh, seasonal flavors in every bite. A drizzle of chocolate and nut butter adds just the right touch of sweetness for a simple, satisfying dessert.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (optional: mix in 2 tablespoons maple syrup for added sweetness) 
  • 1 cup of blueberries 
  • 1 cup of raspberries 
  • Melted chocolate and nut butter (such as peanut, almond, or sunflower), for drizzle (optional) 

Preparation

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the prepared baking sheet.  
  3. Top with blueberries and raspberries. Drizzle with melted chocolate and nut butter. Optional toppings: granola, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, or additional fruit. 
  4. Freeze until solid, about 3 hours.  
  5. Once frozen, break or cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
