Overnight Muesli

A favorite of our Nutritionists, this recipe has all the important components of a healthy breakfast –  protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fat. Carbohydrates provide energy, while protein and fat help release this energy slowly throughout the morning.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup muesli
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (berries, banana, peaches, etc.)
  • 1 green apple, sliced


  1. Mix oats, orange juice, frozen fruit and Greek yogurt in medium-sized bowl
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit overnight in the refrigerator
  3. In the morning, top with green apple slices
  4. Serve cold
