Ingredients (serves 6)

1 Wheelhouse soft pretzel, baked and salted
12 One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites, baked and salted
Sugar snap peas, raw
Asparagus, raw, cut the bottom 2 inches off
Radish, raw, some sliced, some quartered from the top down, leaving a little bit of the stem on top for some green
Watermelon radish, raw, sliced in thin halves
Colorful baby carrots, raw
Yellow summer squash, raw, sliced at a diagonal
Orange bell pepper
English cucumber, sliced at a diagonal
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Tomatoes on the vine
Fresh thyme

Green Goddess Dip Ingredients

2 small avocados, smashed
1 cup of parsley
1 cup mixed soft leafy herbs (such as dill, mint, tarragon, and/or cilantro)
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
2 tsp capers
1 clove of garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Veggie Board Instructions

Wash and chop all vegetables
Place baked Wheelhouse in center of board
Arrange vegetables on selected serving platter

Green Goddess Dip Instructions

In a food processor, combine the avocados, parsley, mixed herbs, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, EVOO, capers, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Pulse until well combined. Season to taste.
Fill middle of Wheelhouse with Green Goddess dip.
