Watermelon Cooler

This delicious, low-sugar smoothie will keep you hydrated with all natural ingredients containing no added sugars.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 ½ cup seedless watermelon chunks
  • 1 ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 cup of ice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until liquid is of a smooth consistency.
  2. Divide contents into 2 glasses and enjoy!
