Over 12 weeks, trainees gain expertise in culinary techniques such as knife skills, commercial cooking methods, and ingredient handling. They learn high-volume meal prep while supporting our mission by preparing over 20,000 medically tailored meals weekly for our clients. Trainees also help prepare and package meals for TK Eats, our restaurant-quality, consumer-facing prepared foods service.
