The Culinary Medicine Program teaches medical students how to educate patients about nutrition and prepare meals for the prevention and treatment of diet-related diseases. Building on Community Servings’ decades of experience as a leading medically tailored meal provider, this program immerses students within the organization located in the vibrant, diverse Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston.
Target Audience
Ideal for third- or fourth-year medical students and residents interested in gaining empathy and skills to share recommendations with patients experiencing nutrition insecurity and diet-related chronic illnesses.
