We are committed to serving people who are in a critical or end stage of their illness. However, Community Servings has limited openings for new clients at this time.
Effective immediately, we are enrolling only primary clients, which means we are pausing the enrollment of dependents or caregivers until further notice. Unfortunately, the wait time for meals is now 12 months or longer. If your application is not accepted, please re-apply in the future. If your health situation changes, we encourage you to re-apply!
Qualifying illnesses are HIV/AIDS, mono-infected Hepatitis C, cancer, high-risk pregnancy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, uncontrolled type 1 or type 2 diabetes, lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, and liver disease. Community Servings reviews all applications for medical eligibility. Unfortunately, applications that do not meet medical eligibility cannot be enrolled for services.
