2022 is fast approaching! Ring in New Year’s with a curated portfolio of new, nutritious recipes from our Learning Kitchen Live series, which combines healthy cooking demonstrations and simple nutrition lessons. In addition to counseling clients, our growing team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists teach Learning Kitchen Live lessons every Thursday at 12:15 PM on Facebook. We even take questions during livestreams – you have instant access to our incredibly knowledgeable team!

Our RDNs intentionally select recipes that are easy, nutritious, and budget-friendly. With each recipe taking less than 30 minutes to prep, they’re perfect for those who want to whip up quick, healthy dishes for family and friends.

It’s also a great opportunity to try out something new! Mash up chickpeas with tahini and cocoa powder to make Chocolate Hummus. Use the leftover cooking liquid from chickpeas to bake Aquafaba Vegan Meringues. Or prepare Cheesy Quinoa Burgers, a tasty, protein-packed twist on the veggie burger. We even have a fun lasagna alternative that entails stuffing spinach, garlic, and ricotta cheese into zucchini strips!

The best part? We’ve saved all of their tips, tricks, and recipes on our website and YouTube channel. Even if you have a busy schedule, you can conveniently find inspiration and browse through our repository of over 100 recipes. It’ll be easy to keep your 2022 dishes fresh and exciting!
